Orders placed before 2PM Monday to Thursday are dispatched on the next roast or dispatch day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your basket and your delivery address.
We ship within the UK only, using Royal Mail. Please check your delivery address before ordering. Once an order has been dispatched we can’t change the address, so please contact the courier directly using your tracking details.

FREE DELIVERY
- Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £70.
- Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands: same rate.
LETTERBOX FRIENDLY PACKAGING
Orders of 1 x 250g bags are sent in letterbox friendly packaging. Larger orders are sent as parcels, and you can tell the courier a safe place once you receive your tracking details.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at aromalabcoffeehouse@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we’ll replace it or refund you.
